How to Get Online Therapy (e-counselling)
The evidence for the benefits of online therapy is growing. Remote therapy sessions with a qualified therapist have the same structure as face-to-face therapy plus additional advantages. You can choose a therapist for web therapy without limits by location or traveling time.
Our London-based therapy is accessible from any location in the UK and worldwide. All you need is a computer, tablet or smartphone so you can speak to a therapist via online platforms, such as skype or zoom.
Online therapy is available for all types of psychological therapies offered and specialities treated at Spiral Psychology. Our insurance providers (Aviva, Bupa International, Cigna, WPA) cover the cost of online therapy. It is entirely possible to see a psychiatrist for reviews or continue your medication prescription alongside online therapy.
