Bespoke staff training and education for organisations and professional teams
Spiral Psychology specialises in delivering bespoke staff training courses on addictive behaviours, mental health, relationships, trauma and loss, including perinatal loss. We believe that removing the stigma attached to the above areas can enhance openness, collaboration and productivity in teams. Improving relationship intelligence and emotional agility can transform any organisation. In fact, embracing our emotions and vulnerability in the workplace uncovers humanity, resulting in stronger emotional connections, loyalty and authenticity.
More specifically, we can support your organisation by providing training, resources, measurements, survey and research. For clinical and healthcare services, we can also help you increase knowledge among your staff and skill up your team to work clinically with complex presentations. Specialist supervision is also available upon request.
Bespoke training programmes
Spiral psychology works with corporate organisations. We also support NHS teams, GP practices, psychotherapy teams, schools, teachers, social workers, youth workers, support workers, police forces, housing association, criminal justice teams, and schools.
We deliver employee mental health training and bespoke education to corporate organisations, covering various areas. Such areas include coping with organisational change and transition; employee’s mental health; self-care to prevent burnt out; strengthening relationships; making an impact via compassionate and agile leadership; and resolving complex team dynamics.
Organisations perform better when staff members feel at their best. Wellbeing is not a tick box exercise and embedding a compassionate culture in your organisation is paramount. Staff members may also benefit from information about how to access psychological support and individual therapy.
Further, we train clinical healthcare, psychology, therapy, and other professional teams in specialist areas, such as substance use, behavioural addiction, gambling disorder, bereavement, loss, trauma, and emotional neglect.
